Shipping Policy

At Wear to Remember, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely. All standard orders are processed within 6–7 business days and shipped via trusted carriers. Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

 

For wholesale orders, please allow additional processing time depending on order volume and customization needs. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be communicated clearly at checkout. If you have any questions about your shipment, our customer care team is here to help.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Wear to Remember, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges on regular retail orders within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item back.

 

Please note that sale items, customized pieces, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

For wholesale orders, returns or exchanges are only accepted for damaged or defective items, reported within 2 days of delivery. Due to the nature of bulk production, we do not accept returns for unsold inventory or change of preference.

 

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
