At Wear To Remember, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer easy returns and refunds subject to the conditions outlined below.
Returns:
- Return Eligibility: Items must be returned within 2 days of the purchase date. They must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as final sale, underwear, swimwear, and gift cards cannot be returned.
Return Process:

2. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label.
3. Pack the items securely and attach the shipping label provided.
4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier or location.
- Return Shipping Cost: We offer free returns for domestic orders. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds:
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the item meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- No Refunds: In cases where items are returned damaged, worn, or missing parts not due to our error, No refund will be issued.
- Refund Exceptions: Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. Refunds for gift cards or promotional purchases will be issued as store credit.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are only offered for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

- Alternative Option: If you prefer a different item or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
